Where home and family mix with business. We are such a tight-knit group that loves to be around each other as much as we love getting everyone in new houses they will call home.
I received my TN license in 2005. As a part-time agent I worked diligently to assist Buyers and Sellers with purchasing and selling homes. I was so successful that I was able to quit my full-time job and jump into real estate full-time within 6 months…I have never looked back!
In 2007 I was awarded the Rising Star Award for my tireless efforts and commitment to my clients. In 2008 I served as Vice-Chair for the Public Relations committee. In 2010 I served as Chairperson for the Public Relations committee.
In 2013 I had the honor of serving as Chairperson for Leadership CAR. From 2016 to 2019 I served as Principal Broker with Keller Williams and was responsible for 300+ agents. From 2019 to 2020 I served as Principal Broker with Quirion Realty where I was responsible for 40+ agents, Since 2017 I have been an Instructor with Clarksville Area Real Estate School.
Hey y’all, my name is Trisha Cruse. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2006, starting in California with my mom and two aunts. I got my license shortly after moving to Tennessee in 2014. In 2016 I obtained my Kentucky license. I have been in the Top 10% of Realtors in Tennessee. I met my husband Tyler Cruse back in 2005 and we got married in 2009. He is now the best real estate photographer in Middle TN (I may be a little biased). My job is real estate, but my business and passion is building relationships. I love what I do, I feel like there’s nothing more special than walking into that house and seeing that moment it turns into someone’s home. There’s just a feeling that you get when you find that house to make your home!
I am a retired military spouse of 20+ years and I am always ready to handle your real estate needs. In this fast-paced life as a military family, I understand the stress of moving as often as duty calls. I think it is important to be with a client every step of the way and guide you through some of the most important decisions in your life.
I currently serve on multiple committees at the Clarksville Association of REALTORS®, have been through our Leadership Academy and I was even chosen as the 2019 Rising Star REALTOR®.
I am a Mom of 3 children, 2 horses, 2 dogs, 1 cat and a mini potbelly pig named Korah. Known as “The REALTOR® with a Pig!,” you never know when you may run into Korah walking with me at the Riverwalk or attending an open house. You can even follow her on Instagram @Korah_the_explorer.clarksville So, whether you are looking to buy, sell, or rent, let me help guide you on the journey.
Growing up in Chicago, Illinois, I was surrounded by skyscrapers, beautiful buildings, and historic homes. This is where my interest in architecture and residential design began. So naturally, I pursued that passion in the form of real estate. As a military wife and mother to three boys, I have accompanied my active duty husband to different states and countries before finally settling down near his last duty station of Fort Campbell, KY.
I understand the stress and frustrations of military life and know that the constant moves are not easy on the family and can put a strain on personal finances. Therefore, I have made it my mission to make the home buying and selling experience as quick and worry-free as possible. I have strong negotiating skills, and a broad understanding of the local market. I am committed to providing you with superior service and consistent communication throughout your real estate process. Most of all I love Clarksville and would be happy to share that enthusiasm and appreciation for this great community with you, as your Realtor®! I HAVE THE KEYS TO THE HOME OF YOUR DREAMS
Home starts in the Heart. Since 1984 I was married to the love of my life Jack (he passed 11/2017). He blessed me with two wonderful (step) children. Because of them, I have the most amazing grandchildren. Whether you're upsizing/downsizing, moving or moving out of the Clarksville/Fort Campbell and surrounding areas. I will work with you through what could be an emotional and stressful time. I worked as a Relocation Specialist/Manager for two separate real estate offices for over 20 years. Starting out with a company in Southern California then with another in the Clarksville area since we relocated in 2006. It was a very fulfilling to assist agents working with the clients/members as they purchased or sold their home. As a Realtor for me the most enjoyable and exciting moments in real estate is seeing a homebuyer (especially first time) getting their new home that they have wanted and waited for or seeing a seller knowing that they can move forward towards their new path in life.
My name is Micheal Long. I was born and raised here in Clarksville, TN. I’m a Christian, a husband, a father and a Realtor. All of which I’m very proud of. After being a Customer Service manager of a National company for 25+ years I decided to take my passion and knowledge of satisfying customers and redirecting it towards my New career in real estate. In my short years as a Realtor I’ve helped friends and families PCS in and out of our community. I’ve helped people prepare to purchase their first home, their next home or their forever home. I’ve also listed homes in our community to sell as well. I have established excellent relationships with lenders and title companies to help my clients in their pursuit of their home. I feel very fortunate to have helped families find homes in the Clarksville/Nashville area. I’m looking forward to assisting you in relocating into or out of the area.
My name is Alfred Davey Martinez. For the past 22.5 years, I served in the Army and retired April 2020. I am a proud husband and father of 4. I met my wife in 2005 and married my love in 2007. Through my time in the military, I have been stationed in the Fort Campbell/Clarksville area 3 times totaling 12 years. I have fallen in love with TN and decided to establish roots here in Clarksville. Like most who have retired from the military, I enjoy meeting people, getting to know them and helping any way I can.
Having the opportunity to help others is priority number 1. The military has taught me to give 100% all the time, and see things through, regardless of stresses. I strive to be the best, train and educate myself constantly. I believe my personality and character will make the home buying experience, unforgettable.
YOUR SATISFACTION IS MY MISSION! Like so many other veterans, after retirement from the military I was faced with the decision of what career path to pursue next. I wanted to continue to serve my community, to utilize my strong work ethic, to explore my interest in real estate, and to have a positive impact on people. It didn’t take long to realize becoming a Realtor was the key! The Army taught me to always give 100%. Hard work, integrity, and commitment are values I believe in. I will dedicate myself to providing you with superb service to help you meet all of your future real estate goals.

While finishing her Master’s, she got her real estate license to begin her career and adventure in real estate.
Understanding the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the stresses of the unknown, Eyvonne will use her knowledge and expertise to take those stresses away with the home buying and selling process. Staying up-to-date with the evolving education of real estate and working closely with my clients and lenders making sure that the home buying or selling process goes smoothly.

I was raised in a Military family, and have had the pleasure of calling Clarksville my home for the past 30+ years. I graduated from Austin Peay with a degree in Public Management. I have 20+ years in the customer service industry and have spent the last 10 years in Law enforcement.
Aside from work, I volunteer with a local Cub Scout pack. Everything I have done in life has been about serving and helping others, and that is why I wanted to become a Realtor. I want to help people through one of the biggest transactions in their life, by being their advocate and helping them step by step.
Choosing Sweet Home Realty was a no brainer for me. The family atmosphere and teamwork among all the agents truly makes it feel like home.
Property Manager at Sweet Home Property Management
I was born and raised in East TN. My husband and I have been at life together for 14 years. We have one daughter, and I have a stepdaughter and stepson. I believed that teaching was my calling in life and work for an East TN middle school for 6 years. During this time, I began to assist my aunt with her property management position. Within the year, this turned into taking over and becoming the sole property manager in 2017.
During the summer of 2020, my family relocated to Clarksville. My Sweet Home realtor encouraged me to apply with Sweet Home once we were settled into our new home. The Sweet Home family has welcomed me with open arms in my journey to becoming your Sweet Home Assistant Property Manager.
I am eager to help the citizens of Clarksville to get into a rental home that they love until they decide on their forever home.
I've been the Transaction Coordinator for the Elite Team since September 2017. What makes my job the best is the people I work with. Every agent we have on our team I've not only created an excellent business relationship with, but I also consider them family. We are a close-knit group, which makes our team the best!
I am a military wife and a mother of three children. We live in Washington, and I am blessed with a job that lets me work remotely from my home, which allows me to take care of my children and bring in an income at the same time. Eventually, when we get settled in a place we will call home for longer than 2 years, I plan to get my Real Estate license. I have learned a lot in the last few years of being a TC, and I think that will be very helpful when I become an agent.
I joined Sweet Home Realty in October 2019 as an assistant for my husband and became a licensed agent in November 2020. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, I have been a military spouse since 2007. Being a military spouse has allowed me to understand one thing, the home is where the heart is. In real estate, I have enjoyed meeting new people and helping others in the home buying process, which I know can be stressful and overwhelming.
I will always strive to provide the best experience for all clients when it comes to real estate because I remember the anxiety that came with it. The feeling that “I was not being heard” was very frustrating. I would love to assist you along the process in making your experience as a homeowner, as easy as possible.
We are a powerful real estate team determined to impact the lives of everyone we meet. I'm sure you want to know why I felt that was important to say in my "self-introduction" and let me tell you. You see, real estate changed my life. I didn't connect with anything in college and knew I needed a life change. So I moved away from Indiana unexpectedly and made the move to Tennessee where I fell in love with real estate.
Since the transition into real estate in 2014, we have helped well over 500 families buy or sell their homes or investment property. We won't lose contact with you and we are your forever agents. Cheers to our future together and we look forward to serving you soon.
I am the Executive Administrative Assistant, as well as a REALTOR with The Elite. I consider myself a Listing Specialist, though don't let that fool you, I also pour my heart into my buyers as well. I knew RE was my calling after I bought my first home. When my REALTOR walked me through those front doors, I knew I had found the one and she had made it happen for me. From that day forward, I decided to be the person to help others feel the same way I had in that very moment! Now here I am, entering my 4th year in Real Estate, and even better I get to do it with some of my best friends! I'm a momma and a wife, and I tell all of my clients that what you see is what you get. You can count on me to be driven, honest, and most of all present! Many of my clients are now friends, and I wouldn't have it any other way! I look forward to working with you next!
As an Army Vet, and due to that I have lived in many places with Clarksville being my last stop! Arriving in TN in 2012 we fell in love with the area. Rather than moving back to El Paso, I wanted to give back to the community that my family and myself fell in love with. While serving, my greatest reward was helping others, so I chose Real Estate as my next career since it allows me to continue to do just that. And let me tell you, I wouldn’t have chosen anything else. I recognize and value the trust my client's place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. By representing your family and you in the Clarksville/Nashville area, my dedication goes far beyond getting you to the closing table. It goes into being there for you for life!
Sam was born and raised in the Raleigh area of North Carolina. She grew up in a household where she was taught to take care of the people around her, in any way you can. She always struggled to decide on a career. When she was in college, she changed her major 3 times and never felt like any of those choices were right for her. Sam had to do a lot of soul searching to really figure out where she felt she belonged. For Sam, the decision to become a Realtor was really based on the opportunities she had to get involved in the community and help others in any way she can whether it be to help them find a new home or just being a friend to lean on during a tough time.

I was born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana which is also the hometown of Orville Redenbacher, the famous popcorn. I enlisted in the army in 2007, and was stationed here at Fort Campbell. I’ve lived many places but finally returned to Clarksville in March of 2020. Growing up, I’ve always been fascinated by new construction homes and now I can finally sell homes having got my license in 2024.
I’m a jack of all trades, meaning I’ve worked just about all the basic normal jobs like fast food, family dining, retail, manufacturing, automotive, and most recently at Nyrstar which is a zinc refinery located here in Clarksville. I decided to come to real estate because I want to help people find their dream home. I look forward to helping you through the challenges that come with it.

The last 18 years of my life have taken me to places I never thought I would ever get to go. My husband is in the US Army and they have moved us from Colorado to Texas, Hawaii, and Texas again where I first started my real estate career! I got my Texas real estate license and sold one house before the Army moved us to Tennessee in 2016. I got my Tennessee real estate license in September 2016 and became licensed in Kentucky in 2021.
As a mother of 5 boys, yes 5 boys, I know how stressful and busy life can get. Trying to multitask your life and work can be difficult, especially if you throw moving or selling your home into the mix. I want to take the stress of moving and house hunting away from you and make it a fun and enjoyable experience. Selling or buying? I can help you with both!
Hello! I’m Aly, a dedicated real estate agent with a passion for helping people find their perfect homes. As a proud U.S. Navy veteran, I understand all the unique challenges that come with relocating, especially for military families. That’s why I’m thrilled to be a certified Military Relocation Professional, ready to assist fellow veterans and families in making smooth transitions.
My husband and I chose to settle near Fort Campbell after he retired from the U.S. Navy because we wanted to be part of a vibrant military community as we had been for so long. We appreciate the camaraderie and support that comes with it, and I’m excited to help others find their place here as well.
I focus on understanding your unique needs and providing honest, reliable support throughout the buying or selling process. I am here to help you make home sweet home, a reality.
